By accessing and using Authentic Vision Photos services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Photography Services

Authentic Vision Photos provides professional photography services including but not limited to wedding photography, corporate headshots, family portraits, and event coverage. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due within 30 days of service completion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of deposit.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Authentic Vision Photos. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing agreements.

5. Delivery and Satisfaction

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session. We guarantee satisfaction with our work and offer revision services to ensure your complete happiness with the final product.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
